Leidos is seeking a Network Engineer II to support the Joint Fires Network (JFN) NOC for the GSMO-II program at Ford Island, HI. The role involves 24x7 network operations, real-time circuit redesign, and coordination with DoD and government partners to ensure high availability and mission readiness.

Qualified candidates have a bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related experience, DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification, and an active Top Secret clearance. Hawaii COLA applies to compensation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years' relevant experience, or equivalent combination.
• DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE or equivalent) prior to start date.
• Able to work 24x7 shift; working knowledge of Transport and IP network topologies.
• Salary Range is $85-$100k.
• Must have an active DoD Top Secret security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Execute network operations to include configuration and analysis of customer circuits across optical and electro-optical muxes, routers, and switches.
• Perform real-time circuit redesign (alternate routing) to restore customer connectivity during outages and maintenance actions.
• Work with internal/external customers and agencies to ensure maximum network availability and minimize mission impact.
• Proactively monitor network alarms across platform management tools.
• Perform change management tasks including hardware replacement, software configurations, and ASI management.
• Document outages, degradations, isolations, escalations, and resolutions in incident management applications.
