Job summary

Avista Senior Living in Yakima, WA is seeking NOC SHIFT MED TECHS for PRN, PT and FT shifts. Earn $18.00-$21.50 per hour with a $200 sign-on bonus after 90 days. Responsibilities include ADL care, responding to alarms, and maintaining accurate records while promoting resident independence.

Requirements include High School diploma or GED, state trainings, and First Aid/CPR certifications as needed. Join our care team providing compassionate, compliant resident support.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior living or hospital settings preferred.
• Must complete state required trainings as necessary.
• Must possess First Aid certifications; CPR and other state certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Read and implement care/ADLs per resident service plan within scope of certification.
• Respond to resident needs and alarms in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate empathy and develop caring rapport with residents.
• Promote resident independence and self-care.
• Maintain accurate care records and communicate status at shift change.
• Ensure safety, infection control, and a clean environment.
