Job summary

Compass Senior Living is seeking a Medication Technician for a noc shift in Oregon. The role supports safe med delivery, guides Care Partners, and ensures compliance with state regulations and company policies.

You will pass medications, mentor staff, participate in hiring, and help orient new team members while connecting with residents and families to maintain high-quality elder care.

Qualifications

• Passing medication and assisting with self-administration as required by state law.
• Lead and guide Care Partners on shift; model kindness and collaboration.
• Participate in interviewing new Care Partners and Med Techs.
• Provide orientation and training for Care Partners and Med Techs.
• Coordinate scheduling with RCC and Administrator.
• Monitor storage, distribution, and discontinuation of residents’ medications.
• Maintain compliance with Compass Senior Living policies.

Responsibilities
