Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Medical-Surgical Float Pool Nurse for a 13-week assignment in Philadelphia. The role requires float across Med-Surg units, caring for step-down and ED patients, with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio and 36 hours per week on a 19:00–07:30 night shift.

Candidates must have at least 2 years in Med-Surg, current BLS and NIHHS certifications; ACLS and TNCC preferred. Expect hospital policy adherence and strong clinical judgment, with EPIC proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Medical-Surgical nursing experience.
• Current BLS and NIHHS certifications; ACLS and TNCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care across all inpatient Med-Surg units, including step down and ED holds.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, documentation standards, and medication safety.
• Float between units as required with EPIC proficiency.
