ARMStaffing is seeking a Medical-Surgical Float Pool Nurse for a 13-week assignment in Philadelphia. The role requires float across Med-Surg units, caring for step-down and ED patients, with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio and 36 hours per week on a 19:00–07:30 night shift.
Candidates must have at least 2 years in Med-Surg, current BLS and NIHHS certifications; ACLS and TNCC preferred. Expect hospital policy adherence and strong clinical judgment, with EPIC proficiency.
This is a 13-week contract position.

The Medical-Surgical Float Pool Nurse provides comprehensive patient care across multiple medical-surgical units. Nurses are expected to adapt quickly to varying patient populations and unit workflows, functioning independently while demonstrating strong clinical judgment and adhering to all hospital policies and safety standards.
