Crown Castle International Corp. in Canonsburg, PA is seeking a Technical Analyst (T3) to monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate issues across tower lighting, generator, DC plant, and backup power systems to meet FAA/FCC requirements.

You will monitor real-time alarms, handle NOTAMs, and coordinate with field teams and vendors while maintaining SLA and safety standards. This role is based in a hybrid work model with some travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years customer service or dispatch experience.
• 5+ years network operations and monitoring experience.
• Experience as field technician or military electronics is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alarm activity to comply with FAA/FCC and SLA.
• Open, track, and close NOTAM reports with the FAA.
• Answer calls and monitor emails per NOC procedures.
• Provide quality support to field operations and customers.
• Initiate, update, and close trouble tickets.
• Coordinate with field personnel on repairs and testing.
• Advanced troubleshooting and configuration of systems.
• Manage asset data in tracking systems.
• Interface with other NOCs and vendors during outages.
• Analyze and resolve network system issues for safe operations.
• Communicate root causes and solutions to customers and stakeholders.
• Train NOC Operators on equipment and procedures.
• Notify and dispatch outside vendors for time-critical problems.
