Job summary

StratasCorp in Quantico, Virginia seeks an IT Specialist II to monitor and operate enterprise networks using SolarWinds, troubleshoot outages, and respond to incidents within a DoD environment. The role emphasizes hands-on monitoring, incident response, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain mission-critical services.

Minimum 3 years in enterprise IT/NOC, DoD experience preferred, and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting enterprise IT operations and NOC environments.
• Hands-on experience using SolarWinds for enterprise monitoring.
• CompTIA Security+ certification required.
• Active Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise network infrastructure using SolarWinds and related tools.
• Identify, isolate, and troubleshoot outages, latency, and performance issues.
• Review alerts, logs, and metrics to assess network health and incidents.
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and escalation actions.
• Support network reliability, performance, and changes in DoD environments.
