Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI Clearance.
• 3+ years as IT systems administrator with SolarWinds monitoring.
• Experience with Windows Server 2012 R2/2016 or Exchange.
• Knowledge of port security protocols and firewall rules.
• Troubleshoot Tier II/III incidents involving OSI layers 1-4.
• Conduct firewall changes, F5 iRules, and DNS entries.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network administration and maintenance operations.
• Resolve network incidents to ensure smooth operation of NOC.
• Serve as Tier III support to elevate and resolve technical issues.
• Support problem management resolutions by tracking system-wide problems.
• Collaborate with network engineering, systems engineering, catapult operations, and desktop engineering to drive resolution.
