Job summary

StratasCorp, based in Quantico, VA, seeks an IT Specialist II to support enterprise network operations. The role focuses on monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response using SolarWinds to maintain DoD environments.

The successful candidate will have hands-on SolarWinds experience, a solid networking foundation, and the ability to translate monitoring data into actionable operational improvements. On-site work is required with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in enterprise IT operations, network monitoring, or NOC environments.
• Hands-on SolarWinds experience for monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Experience resolving network availability and performance issues in complex enterprise environments.
• DoD or government network experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise network infrastructure using SolarWinds and related tools.
• Identify, isolate, and troubleshoot outages, latency, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain situational awareness of network health and system availability.
• Review SolarWinds alerts, logs, and performance data; investigate incidents.
• Document troubleshooting actions and escalation steps.
• Support network devices including routers, switches, servers, and interfaces.
