Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Network Operations Center (NOC), telecommunications, or network support environments.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, VLANs, DNS/DHCP, VPNs, Network Monitoring Tools.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, maintain, and support enterprise and OT network infrastructure from the NOC environment.
  • Perform proactive monitoring, fault detection, troubleshooting, and resolution of network incidents.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to routers, switches, firewalls, and network connectivity.
  • Support microwave radio communication systems and backhaul infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with telecom vendors, ISPs, and third-party service providers to resolve issues.
  • Analyze network performance and recommend improvements for reliability and availability.
  • Manage incidents, problem tickets, escalations, and SLA-based service restoration.
  • System administration on Linux-based servers and applications.
  • Prepare incident reports, root cause analyses, and operational documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, cybersecurity, and field support teams for continuity.
  • Participate in on-call support and shift-based operations.
