Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• CNA and/or Home Health Aide certification preferred.
• Ability to assist with daily resident care and grooming.

Responsibilities

• Know location and disposition of all residents at all times.
• Ensure residents look clean and presentable throughout the day.
• Assist with dressing, makeup, hair care and grooming as needed.
• Keep resident rooms tidy, beds made, and clothes organized.
• Provide comfort, safety and enjoyment for residents.
• Document changes and report needs to shift manager/ RCC.
• Attend staff meetings and training as required.
• Follow care plans and posted updates during each shift.
• Observe residents' rights and respond to calls for assistance.
• Participate in emergency plans and assist with First Aid.
