Job summary

CiminoCare, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our family-owned team serving seniors in a serene setting. This full-time, hourly role offers a PM shift from 2 pm to 10 pm with a pay rate of $17.50 per hour.

You will deliver direct hands-on care and support under supervision to residents, guided by care plans and facility policies. We value reliability, teamwork, and the ability to maintain dignity and comfort for residents.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, required.
• At least some prior experience in caring.
• 18 years or older, required.
• Certified Nurse Assistant and/or Home Health Aide certificate preferred.
• First-AID certification must be current.
• Ability to perform caregiving tasks with compassion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Know the location and disposition of all residents under direct care.
• Ensure residents look clean and presentable throughout the day.
• Assist with dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Keep residents' rooms tidy and neatly organized.
• Provide comfort, safety, and enjoyment to residents.
• Document needs and changes in charts and communicate to the supervisor by shift end.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings as required.
• Follow care plans and posted updates during each shift.
• Respond promptly to resident calls for assistance.
• Maintain residents' rights and dignity.
