Job summary

CiminoCare, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe environment for residents in our Woodland, California community. You will clean resident rooms, common areas and workspaces with care and respect for seniors.

The role supports infection control and supplies, requires following safety procedures, and offers a full-time, hourly position with a 4/2 rotation (AM). Benefits include health and dental coverage and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Healthcare or senior living housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and compassionate attitude toward seniors.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize residents’ rooms, including bathrooms, kitchenettes, break rooms, dining room and living areas.
• Clean common areas such as hallways, lounges, dining rooms, offices and restrooms.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust and polish surfaces.
• Remove trash and recycling from resident rooms and common areas.
• Replenish supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.).
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Respond to resident requests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect residents’ privacy.
• Assist with laundry services as needed.
• Support special cleaning projects.
