CiminoCare, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team and provide hands-on care for residents in a serene setting. You will support daily living activities, monitor health and well-being, and assist with meals and personal care.

The role requires empathy, reliability, and the ability to work with a team of professionals in a family-owned environment that values your skills and contributions. AM shift rotates with days off, offering stable evening hours for care duties.

Qualifications

• Must be team-oriented with good communication.
• Strong attention to safety and detail in daily tasks.
• Respect for client dignity and privacy in all interactions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Know location and disposition of all residents under care.
• Ensure residents look clean and presentable throughout the day.
• Assist with dressing, grooming, and personal care tasks.
• Keep resident rooms tidy and beds made; manage belongings.
• Respond to resident calls for assistance promptly.
• Document changes in residents and report to supervisor.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings as required.
• Follow care plans and posted updates during shifts.
