Job summary

CiminoCare, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Memory Care Caregiver for the PM shift in Citrus Heights, CA. You will provide personalized care to residents, support daily activities, and uphold dignity and safety in a serene long-term care setting.

The role emphasizes hands-on caregiving, collaboration with the team, and adherence to care plans, with opportunities to contribute to a welcoming, Old World Hospitality-inspired environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, required.
• At least some prior experience in caring.
• At least 18 years or older, required.
• Certified Nurse Assistant and/or Home Health Aide Certificate, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Know the location and disposition of all residents (under direct care) at all times.
• Ensure each resident looks clean and presentable throughout the day.
• Assist with dressing, applying make-up, combing hair, cleaning eyeglasses, and assisting with other grooming tasks as needed.
• Keep residents’ rooms in proper order, tidy beds and put clothes away.
• Attend periodic staff meetings and in-service training as required.
• Read, follow and sign care plans and posted messages during each shift.
• Promptly respond to resident calls for assistance.
• Maintain Residents’ Rights as posted within the facility.
