Cogir Senior Living in Sonoma Plaza, California, is hiring for Night (NOC) shift positions across full-time and part-time roles. Care Partners deliver direct resident care, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain safety and dignity in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, caregiver training a plus, First Aid and CPR certification, and at least 12 months of caregiving experience; memory care experience is preferred.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Caregiver training is a plus.
• Current First Aid and CPR license, or ability to obtain, is required.
• At least 12 months of caregiving experience in a professional setting.
• Memory care experience is preferred for Memory Care communities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; patient and compassionate.
• Willingness to participate in weekend rotation.
