Job summary

Qualifications

• Three+ years in a NOC, Data Center, or technical customer service environment.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and policy manuals; present to groups.
• Ability to interpret complex data, statistics, and technical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to enterprise-wide technical operational issues in a 24/7/365 environment.
• Manage edge network devices and performance across networks; perform MOPs.
• Document and distribute major incident review reports in a standard format.
• Develop relationships with customers and internal departments; create and assign trouble tickets.
• Escalate issues to carriers and personnel until resolution.
• Coordinate network cutovers and upgrades to avoid outages.
• Troubleshoot networking systems, video, application infra, and data center facilities.
• Maintain and update configuration and troubleshooting procedures for the team.
