You will learn to escalate complex incidents, communicate with customers and internal stakeholders, and contribute to knowledge base while gaining hands-on experience in broadband and telecommunications initiatives at JSI.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate/bachelor in a technical field preferred.
• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply (0–2 years experience).
• Ability to learn new software quickly and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer network infrastructure using NOC tools and respond to alarms.
• Create, work, and update trouble tickets with accuracy.
• Perform initial troubleshooting per SOPs and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Communicate updates clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain team knowledge base and document troubleshooting steps.
