JSI invites you to join our NOC team in Lubbock, TX as an entry-level NOC Analyst I. In this role you'll monitor customer network infrastructure, manage tickets, and perform basic troubleshooting to resolve connectivity issues.

This position is ideal for someone with a technical mindset, strong communication, and a willingness to learn SOPs, with opportunities for growth within our mission-driven broadband consulting firm.

Qualifications

• Must have strong technical aptitude with ability to learn new software quickly.
• Good problem solving and ability to follow logical workflows.
• Strong verbal and written communications; professional under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Proactive monitoring of customer network infrastructure using NOC tools.
• Create, work, and update trouble tickets with accuracy.
• Perform initial basic troubleshooting following SOPs and guides.
• Identify complex incidents and escalate to appropriate resources.
• Communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders via phone, tickets, and email.
• Assist in maintaining the knowledge base and document troubleshooting steps.
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
