Job summary

PVT is hiring an entry level NOC Technician I at our corporate office in New Mexico. You will provide technical support to customers, technicians, vendors and engineers, handling provisioning tasks and data entry for service orders.

You will monitor the ISP/Telco network, respond to alarms, assist field technicians, and escalate issues as needed while maintaining accurate records and supporting seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in order entry or technology field.
• Ability to read and interpret customer data and billing information.
• Willing to work shift and provide customer-facing support.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 NOC support to customers, technicians, vendors, and engineers.
• Process service orders and update provisioning systems.
• Audit provisioning platforms for data integrity and accuracy.
• Assist customers with NOC Tier 1 issues and escalate as needed.
• Monitor ISP/Telco and Calix Fiber networks; respond to alarms and route issues.
• Assist Field Technicians with troubleshooting using various software platforms.
• Maintain files of customer records and related data.
