NoaNet is seeking a Network Operations Center Analyst I to monitor and manage the Core & Edge network, ensuring high availability and rapid incident response. The role emphasizes customer-focused communication and collaboration with engineering, product, and field teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates’ degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science or related field.
• One year of increasing responsibility in a telecommunications central office environment is required.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills required.
• Ability to track and document multiple network events accurately.
• Ability to monitor the network to ensure network availability to all system users.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming service-related calls.
• Troubleshoot customer service issues—even those that are not our problem.
• Keep customers updated on trouble resolution progress (Ticketing, Email, Phone Call).
• Escalate severe or chronic customer issues; create improvement plans with Product owner and Engineering.
• Evaluate data to determine trends, chronic devices, regions, and timeframes.
• Respond to circuit and facility outages within the network; isolate outages and restore service.
