What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Achieve and exceed sales quotas within the assigned region
2. Assess and manage the sales funnel to drive quota achievement and planning accuracy
3. Partner with local sales teams to identify new and existing customer opportunities
4. Build and lead personalized customer presentations on the employer's digital workflow
5. Regularly review data in CRM and other tools to identify and pursue new opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor's Degree preferred OR 5-7 years of B2B outside sales experience in lieu of a degree
2. 3+ years of sales experience within the employer or equivalent dental/medical company, or 5 years of B2B sales experience
3. Possess a valid state driver's license and an acceptable driving record

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Successful track record in B2B sales
2. Proficiency with and/or willingness to learn Microsoft Office Suite/Microsoft Dynamics CRM
3. Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
4. Demonstrated ability to comprehend and verbalize technical equipment and software
5. Advanced negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
