Job Description
JOB SUMMARY

The Nobel Biocare Digital Sales Manager (DSM) represents Envista’s digital hardware, consumable, software offerings to end-customers. The DSM focuses on driving unit purchases of Nobel Biocare’s Dexis IOS solution, SprintRay 3D Printing Suite, X-Guide Navigated Surgery Units, and other digital dentistry equipment. The role requires understanding workflows associated with scanners, printers, and software to demonstrate value and exceed sales goals through solution selling. The DSM manages leads, guides potential customers through the purchasing process, and promotes extensive post-purchase usage of the equipment.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas within the assigned region.
  • Manage sales funnel to ensure quota achievement and accurate planning.
  • Partner with local sales teams to identify new and existing customer opportunities.
  • Build and deliver personalized customer presentations on Nobel’s digital workflow.
  • Develop and execute a multi-quarter sales plan aligned with regional goals.
  • Analyze and communicate regional sales trends.
  • Become a technical expert on Dexis intraoral scanners and SprintRay 3D printers.
  • Travel frequently, including nights and weekends, following the sales and routing plan.
  • Participate in trade shows, customer marketing, and educational events.
  • Regularly review CRM data to identify new opportunities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or 5-7 years of B2B outside sales experience.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience within Envista or a similar dental/medical company, or 5 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven success in B2B sales.
  • Proficiency or willingness to learn Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical equipment and software.
  • Independent worker and team player.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Proactive in approaching prospects (“hunter” mindset).
Salary Range

Estimated at $78,600 - $117,900, based on experience and location. Compensation includes potential bonuses, benefits, 401K match, and other plans.
