Diehl Auto Repair in Lisle, IL is seeking a B-Level Automotive Technician for a Monday–Friday, no weekends schedule. Pay is a flat rate with about $37–$42 per flagged hour and $75,000–$85,000 annually in earning potential, plus a dedicated bay for each technician.

Responsibilities include diagnosing drivability, mechanical, and electrical concerns; completing repairs from diagnosis to completion; performing DVI; inspecting vehicles; and contributing to an efficient team workflow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• 3+ years of automotive diagnostic experience.
• Digital Vehicle Inspection experience required.
• Ability to consistently produce 40+ flagged hours per week.
• European vehicle experience is a plus.
• Dealership and independent repair shop experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose drivability, mechanical, and electrical concerns.
• Complete assigned repairs from diagnosis through completion.
• Repair brake, steering, suspension, engine, and cooling systems.
• Perform Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI).
• Inspect vehicles and identify needed maintenance and repairs.
• Work with the team to maintain an efficient workflow.
