About Pit Shop Auto Repair

Pit Shop Auto Repair is seeking an experienced B-Level Automotive Technician in Libertyville, IL, offering $36-$60 per flagged hour with a 30-hour weekly guarantee. This Monday-Friday opportunity includes weekly pay, advanced diagnostic equipment, and dedicated company training. Parts ordering is handled by the Parts Manager or Service Advisor, allowing technicians to stay focused on diagnostics and repairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Perform general automotive maintenance and repairs
• Complete repairs independently based on skill level
• Perform vehicle inspections and Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)
• Document vehicle findings and recommended repairs accurately
• Maintain repair quality while working efficiently in a flat-rate environment

• Follow established shop procedures and workflow

Qualifications

• Flat-rate compensation with a 30-hour weekly guarantee
