Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
- B-Level diagnostic and general repair skills.
- Electrical and drivability troubleshooting experience.
- Ability to complete automotive repairs independently.
- Comfortable working in a flat-rate environment.
- ASE Certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
- Perform automotive maintenance and general repairs.
- Complete more complex repairs based on skill level.
- Perform vehicle inspections and Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI).
- Document diagnostic findings and recommended repairs.
- Complete quality repairs while maintaining productivity in a flat-rate environment.
