Job summary

Aeon in Saint Paul is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Mary Hall, an 88-unit permanent supportive housing community downtown. You will perform a wide range of repairs and preventive maintenance to keep the property safe and well‑maintained, reporting to the Property Manager.

This full‑time, in-person role pays $25–$28 per hour, Monday–Friday 8:30 am–5:00 pm, with no on‑call. You’ll handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance work, turnovers, and seasonal duties while upholding Aeon’s

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work requests by performing a wide variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, appliance, HVAC, and hardware repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks.
• Repair and install doors, cabinets, light fixtures, window coverings, and other building components.
• Prepare apartments for new residents and turnovers.
• Maintain property cleanliness and manage trash areas.
• Seasonal duties including light snow removal and salting walkways.
• Respond promptly to issues to ensure resident safety.
