Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and collect data.
• Determine service needs and consult vehicle file; promote labor/parts while focusing on customer service.
• Write clear, precise repair instructions on the repair order for technicians.
• Provide labor and parts estimates; obtain approval for costs.
• Establish payment method and secure customer signature on RO.
• Follow Quick Lane processes for efficient service.
