Job summary

Dent Wizard is hiring a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician with no prior experience required. Training is provided with eight weeks of hands-on and classroom instruction, including travel and lodging.

Earn potential is uncapped as you master your craft and grow with the team. Responsibilities include traveling to customer sites or working at designated locations to repair dents, reviewing work with customers, and building strong relationships through excellent service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Toughness and grit to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive tasks.
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using our PDR process.
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.
