Job summary

Stallion Infrastructure Services is seeking motivated individuals to monitor customer alarm systems and provide daily support. No experience is necessary, as on-the-job training is provided. Two shifts are available: 2nd (1400-2200) and 3rd (2200-0600).

You will be responsible for monitoring video signals, notifying authorities when needed, delivering strong customer service, and documenting incidents and requests. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and acknowledge video signals and alarms from customers’ video alarm systems.
• Notify appropriate authorities and dispatch police or security teams on verified threats.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and assist customers as needed.
• Document customer interactions regarding incidents, inquiries and service requests.
