Job Overview: This full‑time role is based in the 24/7 Alarm Monitoring Center as an Alarm Monitoring Representative. You will work a mid‑shift, 2nd or 3rd shift schedule, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all incoming alarm signals in our automation software according to documented procedures. When deemed appropriate, call the premise, notify authorities, and call a list of contacts. Log all information in the system immediately and accurately.
  • Answer the multi‑line telephone system.
  • Ensure confidentiality of customer information at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
  • 1–3 years of work experience.
  • Type 30+ words per minute; candidates must complete a pre‑hire typing assessment.
  • Must be able to prioritize and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to perform duties with a high degree of urgency and accuracy.
  • Good interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
  • A positive attitude toward teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Selected candidates will complete paid training and must pass a final exam certifying skill as an Alarm Monitoring Operator.
