Skilled Wound Care in Baton Rouge, LA seeks a General Surgeon to lead wound care initiatives across skilled nursing facilities. This role offers clinical autonomy outside the hospital and can be filled full-time or part-time.

Candidates must hold an MD or DO, have an unrestricted license in Louisiana (or eligibility) and a DEA license (or eligibility). Wound care training is provided. Salary ranges from $250,000 to $500,000 per year for full-time, with bonus programs.

Formación

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Unrestricted medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility).
• DEA license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• No prior wound care experience required; comprehensive wound care training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Surgical debridement and bedside procedures.
• Evaluation and treatment of chronic, non-healing and complex wounds.
• Advanced dressings and specialized wound protocols.
• Collaborative care in skilled nursing facilities and post-acute settings.
