Skilled Wound Care in Shelbyville, TN seeks General Surgeon to join a no‑call, Monday–Friday practice focused on wound care across skilled nursing facilities. You will use surgical skills to debride and treat wounds, maintaining autonomy outside the hospital setting.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with medical license in state of practice.
• Open background welcomed; comprehensive wound care training provided.
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Surgical and bedside debridement and procedures in wound care.
• Evaluate and manage chronic, non-healing wounds in post-acute settings.
• Collaborate with skilled nursing facilities to follow patient healing.
• Apply advanced dressings and wound protocols.
