Job summary

Skilled Wound Care in McKenzie, TN seeks a General Surgeon to lead wound care initiatives in SNFs and post-acute settings. This no-call role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, enabling balance for you and your family.

You will perform surgical debridement and bedside procedures, manage chronic wounds and apply advanced dressings, staying clinically engaged without the high-pressure hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Unrestricted medical license in state of practice (or eligibility).
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Open background; wound care training provided.

Responsibilities

• Surgical and bedside debridement and related procedures.
• Evaluation and treatment of chronic, non-healing wounds.
• Advanced dressings and wound protocols.
