Skilled Wound Care in Sacramento, CA is seeking a General Surgeon to lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities. This role offers clinical autonomy, access to modern facilities, and a focus on high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Unrestricted medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain one).
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Open background and willingness to receive wound care training.

Responsibilities

• Surgical and bedside debridement and related procedures.
• Evaluation and treatment of chronic, non-healing and complex wounds.
• Use advanced dressings and wound protocols.
• Collaborate with facilities in post-acute settings to follow patient healing.
