Job summary

Skilled Wound Care in Orange County, CA is seeking a General Surgeon to lead wound care initiatives in SNFs. This no-call, Monday–Friday position offers clinical autonomy, continued bedside procedures, and a path to a sustainable surgical career outside large hospital systems.

Full‑time or part‑time options with 250k–500k annual earnings for full‑time, plus per‑patient and per‑procedure pay and quarterly bonuses. MD or DO, unrestricted California license, and DEA eligibility required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Unrestricted California medical license (or eligibility).
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Surgical debridement and bedside procedures as part of daily practice.
• Evaluation and treatment of chronic, non-healing and complex wounds.
• Collaborate with skilled nursing facilities and post-acute settings to follow patients through healing.
