Job summary

Skilled Wound Care in San Jose, CA seeks a General Surgeon to lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities. This no-call, Monday–Friday role offers full- or part-time options with a salary range of $250,000–$500,000 per year for full-time.

Enjoy clinical autonomy and bedside procedures, with reduced admin time thanks to our custom software while continuing to apply your surgical skills in a less stressful environment away from heavy OR blocks and corporate routines.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.
• Wound care training provided; no prior wound care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Surgical and sharp debridement and bedside procedures.
• Evaluation and treatment of chronic, non-healing and complex wounds.
• Advanced dressings and specialized wound protocols.
• Collaborative care in skilled nursing facilities and the post-acute setting.
