Skilled Wound Care in Egg Harbor Township, NJ is hiring Bariatric Surgeons to work as wound care physicians and lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities across the area. This no-call Bariatric Surgeon role offers clinical autonomy, preserves surgical skills with debridement and bedside procedures, and emphasizes smarter documentation and a sustainable career path.

The compensation combines base pay with per-patient and per-procedure earnings plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Unrestricted/clear license in the practicing state (or eligibility).
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• No prior wound care experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Surgical debridement and bedside procedures as part of daily practice.
• Evaluation and treatment of chronic, non-healing and complex wounds.
• Use advanced dressings and wound care protocols.
• Collaborate with staff in skilled nursing facilities and post-acute care.
