Job summary

Skilled Wound Care is seeking a Bariatric Surgeon in Philadelphia, PA to lead wound care initiatives in SNFs across the area. This no-call role offers Monday–Friday schedules with no nights or weekends, allowing you to maintain life outside medicine.

You’ll keep surgical skills with debridement and bedside procedures, while benefiting from clinical autonomy and streamlined documentation. Compensation ranges from $200k to $300k with performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Unrestricted/clear medical license in state of practice (or eligibility to obtain one).
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Surgical debridement and bedside procedures.
• Evaluation and treatment of chronic, non-healing and complex wounds.
• Advanced dressings and specialized wound protocols.
• Collaborative care in skilled nursing facilities and the post-acute setting, where you follow patients through healing.
