Job summary

Bruker is seeking a Sales Representative for the Northwest Region to promote and sell cutting-edge Magnetic Resonance equipment to academia, government, and industry in the US and Canada. The role requires building relationships, presenting product offerings, and meeting sales targets.

You will manage leads, conduct demonstrations, and collaborate with Product Specialists. Travel domestic and international; strong knowledge of NMR/EPR is essential.

Qualifications

• .Bachelor or Master degree in Chemistry, Biology, Physics or related scientific discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years’ recent hands-on experience in scientific/ technical equipment sales.
• Strong knowledge of Magnetic Resonance products (NMR/EPR) and related applications.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales opportunities and negotiations.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned region to generate new business for the NMR and EPR product lines.
• Meet or exceed defined sales volume targets.
• Qualify potential sales leads by discussion with customers (in-person and remote) and understanding their needs.
• Conduct telephone calls and in-person visits to communicate latest product offerings via presentations and other media; arrange for product demonstrations as necessary.
• Produce clear and effective written proposals and quotations using company tools; negotiate terms within guidelines.
• Contribute to marketing activities and sales campaigns.
• Attend exhibitions, seminars and conferences, locally and globally.
• Maintain all sales information in CRM (SalesForce.com) up-to-date including leads, accounts, opportunities, and funnel management.
• Focus on key accounts and provide feedback to marketing, sales, service and others.
