Omilia Natural Language Solutions Ua Ltd is seeking a data-focused role bridging data analytics and computational linguistics to enhance Drive-Thru Voice AI used by thousands of Quick Serve Restaurants. You will track system performance, analyze production data, and turn insights into fixes for NLU models, conversation flows, and LLM behavior.

Formación

• Degree in Computational Linguistics, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in data analysis or NLP.
• Experience with SQL and visualization tools for data querying, visualization, and dashboard creation.
• Experience working with complex datasets to perform data analysis, extract actionable insights, and drive business decision-making.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication skills; able to present findings clearly to technical and business audiences.
• Accountable within demanding deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Write SQL queries, build reports and dashboards, track KPIs, run analyses, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Review real drive-thru dialogs, spot error patterns and propose actionable improvements for accuracy and user experience.
• Implement and thoroughly test semantic models and the conversation flow using ML, rule-based techniques, and LLMs.
