You will work closely with senior leadership, overseeing facility operations, ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, and employee engagement. The role offers robust benefits and a competitive salary in the $150k–$170k range.

Qualifications

• Education/Training/Certifications: NJ LNHA required.
• Skill(s): Excellent communication, written and verbal; highly organized with ability to multi-task.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in related field; minimum 2 years management experience.

• Oversee operations of the 60-bed healthcare center and 48-unit Assisted Living and Memory Support.
• Partner with VP, Executive Director & Director of Nursing to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance.
