Crane’s Mill in West Caldwell, NJ, is seeking a full-time Administrator licensed as a NJ LNHA to oversee operations of a 60-bed healthcare center and 48-unit Assisted Living and Memory Support. You will work closely with the VP, Executive Director and Director of Nursing to maintain top-tier service and operations.

Minimum 5 years in related field and 2+ years in management are required. A BS/BA in health-related or aging concentration is preferred.

Qualifications

• NJ Licensed Nursing Home Administrator required.
• BS/BA in health-related or aging concentration preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with ability to multi-task.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field.
• Minimum management experience of 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of Crane’s Mill's 60-bed healthcare center and 48-unit Assisted Living and Memory Support.
• Collaborate closely with VP, Executive Director and Director of Nursing to ensure smooth operations.
