Job summary

Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey is seeking a full-time Administrator for Crane's Mill in West Caldwell, NJ. You will oversee the operations of a 60-bed healthcare center and 48-unit Assisted Living and Memory Support, reporting to the VP, Executive Director and Director of Nursing.

NJ LNHA license is required, BS/BA in health-related field preferred, with at least 5 years of related experience and 2 years in management. The community offers a competitive salary and robust benefits.

Qualifications

NJ Licensed Nursing Home Administrator required.
BS/BA in health-related or aging concentration preferred.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field.
Minimum management experience of 2 years.

Responsibilities
