Job summary

Crane's Mill in West Caldwell, NJ is seeking an Administrator licensed as NJ LNHA to oversee operations for a 60-bed healthcare center and 48-unit Assisted Living and Memory Support.

You will work closely with the VP, Executive Director and Director of Nursing to maintain a 5-star community standard and lead a team with a strong focus on resident care, operational excellence and staff development.

Qualifications

• NJ Licensed Nursing Home Administrator required.
• BS/BA in health-related or aging concentration preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a 60-bed healthcare center and 48-unit Assisted Living and Memory Support.
• Collaborate with VP, Executive Director and Director of Nursing to manage facilities.

Working closely with the VP, Executive Director & Director of Nursing, this position will oversee the operations of our 60 bed healthcare center and 48 unit Assisted Living and Memory Support. Crane's Mill is a 5 star community in West Caldwell, NJ.

This position offers of a competitive salary of $150-$170k plus robust benefits.

Basic Qualifications

Education/Training/Certifications: NJ Licensed Nursing Home Administrator required.BS/BA required, health related or aging concentration preferred.

Skill(s): Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with ability to multi-task

Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field. Minimum management experience of 2 years.
