Job summary

Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey is seeking a full-time Administrator for Crane's Mill in West Caldwell, a 60-bed healthcare center with 48-unit Assisted Living. The successful candidate must be licensed as a NJ LNHA and hold a BS/BA in a health-related field.

You will work closely with senior leadership, overseeing facility operations, ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, and employee engagement. The role offers robust benefits and a competitive salary in the $150k–$170k range.

Qualifications

• Education/Training/Certifications: NJ LNHA required.
• Skill(s): Excellent communication, written and verbal; highly organized with ability to multi-task.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in related field; minimum 2 years management experience.

Basic Qualifications
