Qualifications

• Active license in New Jersey (required).
• 3+ years of litigation experience (plaintiff-side or defense).
• Experience with personal injury, labor law, or general liability litigation preferred.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload with increasing autonomy from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; handle depositions and court appearances
• Work closely with senior attorneys on case strategy and litigation approach
• Communicate directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
• Participate in trial preparation and, where appropriate, trial work
