Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Bar license is required.
• Minimum 2 years of legal experience with client contact and/or negotiation experience.
• Personal injury experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate merits, value, and strategy of personal injury claims.
• Maintain direct communication with clients and provide legal guidance.
• Review medical records and case documentation.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Investigate claims and identify issues affecting value or outcome.
• Develop negotiation strategies and negotiate settlements with insurers.
• Authorize settlements during pre-litigation and manage caseload.
• Supervise and provide guidance to assigned legal support staff.
• Prioritize deadlines and ensure efficient progression toward resolution.
• Collaborate with attorneys and internal teams for favorable outcomes.
