Qualifications

• JD required or equivalent.

• 2–6+ years of litigation experience; plaintiff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in commercial litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions and briefs; conduct discovery.
• Develop trial strategies and advocate in court.
