Qualifications

Tier 1 Counselor requires High School Diploma or GED and Counselor Intern status.
Tier 2 Counselor requires High School Diploma/GED plus CADC, LAC or LSW.
Tier 3 Counselor requires Master’s degree with LCADC, LCSW or LPC credentials.

Responsibilities

Conduct individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based practices.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.
Develop discharge/continuum of care plans and ensure appropriate levels of care.
Maintain patient caseload and complete required clinical documentation.
